Leadership

Country Director (CD)
Country Directors facilitate all the logistics of the mission trip including the development of the team, the leaders, and all the ministry and outreaches throughout the trip. CD's must have multiple years of experience leading small groups overseas and have attended a WAM mission trip as a Leader.
TEAM LEADERS (TL)
Leadership is an extremely important ingredient to a successful mission trip. We choose leaders who are logistically dominant, spiritually grounded, motivating, and mature. We believe a great leader has a heart for Christ and will mentor those on his/her team in humility and by example. Our leaders promote safety as they pilot their team through daily ministry experiences and adventures. Working with a group of other selected leaders, and their Country Director(s), Team Leaders continue to learn how to create an incredible mission experience.
TL QUALIFICATIONS:
21+ years old with proven leadership experience and rock solid character. They should enjoy helping people grow closer in their relationships with God.
