Details and Itinerary

This is a worldwide mission trip developed for the (wannabe) daring types. Crafted for the passionate, spiritually hungry, compassionate, and adventurous, and made to inspire YOU to reach in deeper, and give out bigger...and then even bigger! To the ones who are secretly wondering if they’re missing out on something “more and amazing." To the dreamers and the big risk-takers. To the ones who want MORE. And to the ones who are finally going to get out there and GO...this is the trip for you!
Join us as we partner with an amazing, on-fire, missions-minded local Arushan church, Maranatha Christian Center, their school, and their remote church plants in Tanzania. We will provide much-needed support, encouragement, prayer, outreach, evangelism, and continued advancement of God's work.
Much of the ministry for this trip will be: home to home outreaches, singing, playing, sharing, teaching and doing crafts for the elementary children at the school, VBS, sharing our testimonies, ministry within the church, worship, prayer walks and home outreach, minor maintenance work within the school, leading small group Bible studies, etc
You didn’t know the definition of panoramic until now. Or majestic. Or wow-factor, for that matter.
Summer of 2023 will be special as we plan to go deeper spiritually and allow God continue to develop the gifts he has placed in each one of us. Join us as we bring hope to the hopeless on a life-changing trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar Island (the little spice island off Tanzania)
Our free-time adventure takes us on a 2-day safari excursion to the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park to spy out the BIG 5..
We'll end our mission trip with an exciting trip to Zanzibar where we'll debrief, do some team ministry, and enjoy this spice island and all its pristine beaches. We'll minister in some local schools and a local church during our debrief and then enjoy a Maasai Cultural dance night, swim with some dolphins, kite surf (optional), play soccer on the beach with the local Maasai, drink some smoothies at the beach shack, and enjoy the AMAZING soft, white sand of Zanzibar!
Looking for a little more? Why not extend your trip in Tanzania and climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with us...check out the Tanzania Extended Kilimanjaro Trek details.

Safari to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we’ll head out to Safariland and take in the infamous and breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. The afternoon drive commences with the 600-meter descent to the crater floor, a magnificent natural amphitheater. The crater supports a year round resident population of a variety of wildlife. You will have no trouble spotting lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, as well as many species of plain animals such as wildebeest, zebra, reed buck, Thompson gazelle, and many more. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. A large number of flamingos, hippos, and other water birds can usually be seen here.
BREAKFAST/LUNCH/DINNER. ACCOMMODATIONS: Campground. Overnight.
Safari to Tarangire National Park
After our breakfast, we will visit Tarangire, one of the more seasonal parks in northern Tanzania with a lot of migratory movement within the greater Tarangire ecosystem. In the dry season, between June and October, there is an incredible concentration of elephants. Herds of up to 300 elephants can be found, looking for underground streams in the dry riverbeds, while migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, giraffe, hartebeest, and eland crowd the shrinking lagoons. The park's dominant feature is the Tarangire River, but most memorable are the huge baobab trees dotted around in big numbers.
After our safari, we will return to Arusha for dinner at the lovely Impala Lodge.
